Mother Mae-Eye

"Zzzzzzzzz................ Mm~................. Morning, Honey." Bisca Connell stirred awake and smiled softly, her husband's face being the first thing she saw when she woke up.

"........... Morning, Sweetie." Alzack Connell smiled back sweetly as he stirred awake.

After leaning over and giving each other good morning kisses, the married couple slowly got up and climbed out of bed.

".......... *Sniff* *Sniff*............. Honey, do you smell something?..............."

Before they had a chance to get dressed, however, the couple caught whiff of a peculiar scent in the air coming from somewhere inside the house.

"*Sniff* *Sniff*.......... Yeah, I smell it too......." Alzack nodded as he caught whiff of a strange, oddly sweet smell in the air. ".......... It smells like............ *Sniff*........... food?"

"Think it could be trouble?" Bisca asked as she turned to her husband.

"Could be." Alzack shrugged as the couple made their way to the door. "Either way, we should investigate."

"Right." Bisca nodded as she and her husband left their room and followed the strange aroma down the hallway.

Following the scent in the air soon lead Alzack and Bisca to the kitchen, where an unknown figure stood in front of the oven humming to themself. Said figure belonged to a short, plump, and elderly women with rosy cheeks and blue eyes. Her clothes consisted of a red dress, a white shawl, a pink apron with white frills, black shoes with white socks, and a red hat covered in pink polka dots with a white bow tied around it.

"Hmm, hmm, hmm~............ Oh?" The elder lady, "Mother Mae-Eye", turned her head and smiled when she spotted Alzack and Bisca enter the kitchen. "Why, good morning dearies~. You're just in time, I'm making breakfast~."

"Oh, good morning, Mother Mae Eye." Bisca smiled as she and Alzack approached the elderly woman. "We didn't hear you wake up. Did you need any help?"

"Oh, that's quite alright, dear~." Mae-Eye smiled as she lead the couple over to the dining room and sat them down at the table. "You two sit tight, breakfast will be ready here in just a sec~."

"Alright, Mother Mae-Eye." Alzack and Bisca both nodded.

*Ding*

"Ooh~. Sounds like they're ready~." Mother Mae-Eye chirped as she walked back over to the oven.

As the elderly woman hobbled over to the oven, Alzack and Bisca's daughter, Asuka stepped into the kitchen in her tiny pajamas.

"Mm~........... Good morning, Mother Mae-Eye~." Asuka yawned and smiled up at Mother Mae Eye.

"Good morning, dear~." Mother Mae-Eye smiled at the tiny toddler as she reached into the oven and walked alongside Asuka to the dining room table. "Eat up, everyone~. But be careful, they're fresh out of the oven~."

"Thank you, Mother Mae-Eye~."

"Fufufu~. That's what Mother's here for~." Mother Mae-Eye chuckled softly as she stood back and watched the entire Connell family eat her freshly-baked pies.

After breakfast, Mother Mae-Eye gathered all of the empty pie trays and washed them off at the sink while the Connells headed back to their rooms and got changed out of their pajamas. In Alzack's case, after getting showered and getting dressed, the raven-haired father/husband made sure his inventory was fully loaded and bid his family goodbye.

"I've got to go, Honey." Alzack said as he gave his wife a quick peck on the forehead. "I took a job, and I don't wanna miss the train."

"Alright." Bisca nodded as she followed her husband to the front door, where Asuka and Mother Mae-Eye stood waiting for him.

"Bye-Bye, Daddy~." Asuka chirped.

"Bye, Sweetie." Alzack smiled as he knelt down and gave his daughter a quick, warm hug.

"You stay safe out there, Alzy-poo, you hear me?" Mae-Eye smiled.

"I will, Mother Mae Eye." Alzack chuckled and nodded as he gave Mother Mae-Eye a quick hug as well.

"Good." Mae-Eye smiled and nodded as she opened up the front door held it open.

"I'll be back soon." Alzack smiled and waved goodbye to everyone as he walked off, Mother-Mae Eye closing the door after he was gone.

*Creak*

"I'm gonna go eat some more pie~." Asuka chirped before walking off to the kitchen.

"Don't forget to clean up after yourself, dear~." Mother Mae-Eye smiled kindly as she pulled out a wooden spoon and began waving it around in the air. "Now, time to clean this place up a bit~."


With a wave of her magic spoon, Mae-Eye smiled as she walked around and watched as the entire house around her underwent drastic changes: the drywall that made the walls was replaced by gingerbread, the tables and furniture were replaced by giant gumdrops, the wood that made up the bookshelves and wardrobes turned to wafers cookies, the entire floor turned into soft sponge cake, the tiles on the roof were now coated in thick layers of caramel topped with colorful sprinkles, and even the trees in the front garden turned into giant lollipops.

"Much better~." Mother-Mae Eye smiled around at her handiwork.

"I'll be back soon, Mother Mae-Eye." Bisca said as she walked over to a nearby gumdrop-turned chair and grabbed her purse.

"Where are you headed off to, dear?" Mae-Eye asked.

"I just need to go to the marketplace and buy some groceries real quick." Bisca explained as she slung her purse over her shoulder and walked back to the front door, but was stopped as Mother-Mae Eye stuck out her arm.

"Not dressed like that your not." the elderly woman shook her head.

"....... What do you mean?" Bisca asked as she looked down at herself and the brown cowgirl outfit she normally wore. "What's wrong with what I wear?"

"It's much too scanty, you're showing off far too much skin~." Mother Mae-Eye shook her head before holding up her trusty wooden spoon. "Here, let Mother fix that~."

That's when Bisca looked over at a nearby mirror and was shocked at what she saw. In the place of her kind and caring Mother Mae-Eye, the green-haired gun mage instead saw an ugly witch with green skin and warts all over wearing a purple dress and a purple hat with an unusually large and scary eye. Even weirder than that, Bisca's eyes grew wide when she made a startling realization: ever since she woke up that morning, the green-haired mother had noticed that the eyes of her and the rest of her family were all the same light-shade of pink.

"............... What the-?!" Bisca squinted her eyes to make sure she wasn't hallucinating, her irises reverting back to their natural purple-color. "............ Mother............ Mae-Eye?"

"Hmm?" Mother Mae Eye looked over and began to panic when she saw the same thing that Bisca saw. Uh-oh.

"Hold on a sec," Bisca muttered as she looked back at Mother Mae-Eye, who's image began wavering, "what exactly-"

"Umm........... Uh......... Here, eat some more pie~." Mae-Eye smiled nervously as she quickly summoned a slice of pie from thin air and jammed it into Bisca's mouth, cutting off the green-haired mage as she began chewing on the pie.

"............... *Munch* *Munch*................ Mm~." Bisca's expression turned from questioning to bliss as her eyes became pink and her mouth spread into a dreamy smile.

That was close. Mae-Eye sighed in relief as she watched Bisca devour the pie slice in less than a few bites before swallowing. "Now then, like I was saying, let Mother fix that~."


With a wave of her wooden spoon, a pink beam of light wrapped around Bisca and altered the clothes she wore. In a matter of seconds, Bisca's clothes vanished into thin air, leaving the green-haired mother clad in a green petticoat dress with white frills, green mary jane shoes with white stockings, and a bulky diaper taped snugly around her waist that forced her thighs apart.

"Much better~." Mother Mae-Eye cooed as brown ribbons materialized in the air and tied Bisca's hair into a pair of childish pig tails. "Ready to go, Biscy-Poo?"

"Yes, Mother Mae-Eye~." Bisca nodded as she grabbed Mae-Eye's hand and followed her out of the house, the diaper under her dress forcing her to waddle.

"Mm~. What's that smell?" BlackGatomon asked, as she and Nyasuka walked into the kitchen, the two felines having just woken up from a peaceful nap.

"It's blueberry pie~." Asuka replied as she sat at the dining room table, which was made entirely out of gingerbread and chocolate wafers, eating delicious tray after tray of pie. "Mother Mae-Eye made them with love~."

"Mother......... who?" Raghba asked as she walked in and wiped the crumbs off Asuka's mouth with a napkin, the red-haired genie surprised as she looked around. "And why's everything made out of candy?............."

"Mother Mae-Eye." Asuka repeated herself as she held up a pie tray. "You should try some, it's super-yummy~."

"Nya~." Nyasuka smiled as she reached up for the pie tray. "Don't mind if I d-"

"Nyasuka, wait a minute." Raghba said as she snatched the pie out of Asuka's hand and took a close look at it. ".................... Hmm..................."

"What's wrong, Ra?" Asuka asked.

"................ Asuka," Ra said as she looked between the pie and the toddler, "I thought your eyes were purple, not pink..........."

"Huh?" BlackGatomon looked over at the toddler as she tore a small chunk of gingerbread from a nearby wall and stuffed it in her mouth. "Ra, what're you-?"

Sure enough, the black feline noticed that Asuka's eyes were a light shade of pink rather than their usual shade of purple.

"Nya, you're right, Ra......." Nyasuka nodded as she noticed the change in Asuka's eye color as well.

"What're you all talking about?" Asuka looked around in confusion. "Since when are mine-.......... Oh, what do you know, they are pink."

"See what I mean?" Ra asked as she held up a mirror to the toddler's face.

"Good morning, everyone."

"Penny, good thing you're here." Ra turned to the ginger-haired android known as "Penny" and walked up to her with the pie tray. "Can you analyze this and tell me what's in this?"

"Of course." Penny Polendina smiled and nodded as she activated her optic scanners and analyzed the pie the red-haired genie had handed her. "Let's see............... I detect............... blue berries................ butter................. salt............... cinnamon........... cornstarch.............. and................. huh, that is unusual............."

"What is?" Asuka asked as everyone gathered around.

".............. I'ts faint," Penny explained as she took a closer look at the pie, "but my scanners also detect a foreign property to the pie not found on most recipes for blueberry pies................ it's almost..................."

"Almost........... what?" BG asked. "Come on, Penny, don't leave us here in the dark."

"Let's see here, we've got............. milk............. butter............ flour............ eggs.............." Mother Mae-Eye read through her grocery list as she and Bisca walked around in Magnolia city's marketplace, the dress Bisca wore causing many heads to turn and look.

"What do you need all that stuff for, Mother Mae-Eye?" Bisca asked, the green-haired mother oblivious to the many strange looks she was getting from the people around her.

"Because, Bisca-Wisca," Mae-Eye explained as she folded her grocery list and slipped in into her pocket, "for dinner, I'm gonna make the biggest, most delicious pie you've ever had~."

"Mm~. Sounds tasty~." Bisca smiled.

"Oh, trust me, it will be~." Mother-Mae smiled as she smacked her lips.

As the two continued walked through the busy market, a young man suddenly ran past Bisca and snatched the green-haired mother's purse.

"........... Huh?" Bisca looked at her shoulder and realized her purse was suddenly gone. "Hey!"

"What's wrong, dear?" Mae-Eye asked as she looked up at Bisca.

"My purse is missing~!" Bisca whined as she frantically looked around for her missing purse. "I can't find it anywhere~!"

"Hmm................. Bingo~." Mother Mae-Eye looked around and eventually spotted a figure of a young man pushing through the crowd with what appeared to be a purse identical to Bisca's in his hand. "Stay here, Bissy-Wissy, Mommy will be back with your purse~."

"Alright." Bisca nodded as Mae Eye turned and ran off after the thief.

"Hehehe~. Stealing from that lady was even easier than stealing candy from a baby~."

In an abandoned alleyway not too far from where he had stolen some lady's purse, a young thief with brunette hair and green eyes was looking through the contents of his latest catch.

"You should't take what doesn't belong to you, dear."

Suddenly hearing a woman's voice in his hear, the young man looked around in confusion before finally spotting an elderly woman standing on top of a nearby rooftop.

"Oh yeah, or else what granny? You gonna spank me?"

"As a matter of fact," Mother Mae-Eye said as she pulled out her trusty wooden spoon, which began glowing pink with magical energy, "I've got something even better mind~."

*BZZZZZT*

"Here you are, dear~."

Bisca didn't have to wait very long before Mother Mae Eye came back with her purse in hand.

"Yipee~." Bisca cheered as Mae-Eye handed her purse back. "Thanks, Mother Mae-Eye~."

"No problem, dear~." Mae-Eye smiled as she reached behind her back and pulled out a small teddy bear covered in brown fur and with green buttons for eye. "I got you a little something, too~."

"Aww, It's so fluffy~." Bisca cooed as she grabbed the teddy bear and rubbed it against her face. "You're the best, Mother Mae Eye~."

"I know, dear." Mother Mae-Eye chuckled softly. "Come on, Bissy-Wissy, I think it's time we headed back home."

"Coming, Mother Mae-Eye." Bisca smiled as she grabbed onto Mother Mae Eye's hand and followed the elderly woman back home.

"............... Nope.............. Nope............. Nope.............."

"Keep looking, she's bound to be here somewhere............."

Curious as to the origin of this "Mother Mae-Eye" character, Raghba and the others approached Teth-Eve, a.k.a "Black Marvel", to inquire the young former-villain if she knew anything regarding the name.

"......... Remind me again," Eve sighed as she looked up at Ra, "why am I helping you guys again?"

"The same reason Asuka's been letting you stay at her house and providing you with both food to eat and a place to sleep." Ra snapped sternly.

"Fair enough.........." Eve shrugged before going back to flipping through the book resting on her lap. "............... Nope............... Nope............ Ah, here it is."

"What's it say?" Asuka asked as the others all gathered around closely.

"According to the book," Eve explained, "this "Mother Mae-Eye" is actually a demonic witch from another dimension."

"Nya. That doesn't sound good~." Nyasuka muttered.

"There's more." Eve said as she continued reading. "It also says here that after Mother Mae Eye puts the beings from those dimensions under her mind control, she bakes them in a giant oven and devours them."

"That does not sound pleasant." Penny gasped.

"Does the book say anything about beating her?" BlackGatomon asked.

"Hmm.......... doesn't say anything about specific weaknesses.........." Eve shook her head. "....... It does, however, say that anyone physically strong enough to restrain her can force her to flee back to her home dimension."

"Perfect." Raghba smiled. "Then I all I gotta is snap my fingers, and she'll be-"

"Not so fast." Eve shook her head. "Mother Mae-Eye is a powerful witch capable of traveling to other dimensions with ease, so I doubt sending her back home will be that easy."

"Hmm............. good point.........." Ra nodded.

"Then what should we do?" Nyasuka asked as everyone looked at one another.

Eventually, after a few minutes of pondering silently, an idea popped into Raghba's head as her lips curled into a smile.

"We're home~." Mother Mae-Eye chirped as she and Bisca arrived home. "Bisca, dear, would you mind carrying the groceries for me?"

"Sure thing, Mother Mae-Eye~." Bisca smiled and nodded as she carried the bags of groceries into the kitchen, her frilly skirt rustling with each step she took.

"Fufufu~. Now then," Mother Mae-Eye chuckled as she walked to the living room and sat down on a rocking chair made out of pretzel next to the fireplace, "we just need to wait for Alzy-Poo to get back, then I'll make dinner~."

"Mother Mae-Eye~. Mother Mae Eye~." the elderly woman looked down and spotted little Asuka running towards her, the green-haired toddler accompanied by a young teen with bright-orange hair and green eyes wearing a white blouse. "I never got a chance to introduce you to my friend Penny~."

"Oh?" Mother Mae Eye looked up at Penny. "Why, hello dear~."

"Salutations." Penny smiled kindly. "My friend Asuka told me about how delicious your pies were, so I figured I would like to try one for myself."

"That's nice, dear~." Mother Mae Eye smiled as she waved her wooden spoon around in the air, summoning a small tray with a freshly-baked pie to her hand.


"Dig in~." Mae Eye smiled as she handed the android the pie tray. She's a bit on the thin side, but she'll do~.

"Thank you, Mother Mae Eye." Penny smiled as she took the pie and brought it up to her mouth. "Ahh....................."

"Eve, now!"

"Huh?" Mother Mae-Eye's glee quickly turned to confusion as Penny suddenly threw the pie tray aside.

*BZZZZZT*

Before she had time to react, however, the elderly woman suddenly felt excruciating pain as bolt of lightning struck her from behind, sending several powerful jolts of electricity through her entire body.

"Argh!" Mother Mae-Eye shrieked in pain.

"You too, Penny." Asuka turned to face her android companion.

"Got it." Penny nodded as several sharp blades flew out into the open and began hovering around Mae-Eye, whose appearance began melting away to reveal her true form. "I'm combat ready!"

*BZZZZZT*

"Argh!............. Wh-What is the meaning of this?!..........." Mother Mae-Eye hissed angrily as she attempted to move, only for an invisible force of some kind to hold her in place. "I demand-"

The evil witch barely got a few words in before Penny's swords all quickly thrusted themselves into the various eye-marks all over her body, making Mae Eye howl in pain.

"Quiet, you!" a voice snapped sternly as Ra and Eve stepped out of their hiding spot, the raven-haired child currently in her "Black Marvel" form as lightning radiated from both her hands and her eyes. "Eve, keep her steady."

"Don't tell me what to do." Eve scoffed as she used her lightning to hold Mother Mae-Eye in place.

*BZZZZZT*

"Nya~. I'll take this~." Nyasuka chirped as she quickly swooped in and snatched the wooden spoon out of Mother Mae-Eye's hand before the evil witch could cast any spells, the tiny Exceed wearing rubber gloves in order to avoid being electrocuted.

"Urgh!.............. You're all............. naughty children!............." Mae-Eye growled as she tried moving around, leading to more pain as she did so.

"It's over, Mother Mae Eye." Ra said as she crossed her arms. "Return to your dimension at once, and take your pies with you."

"............ Over............ my dead........... body!" Mother Mae Eye hissed in pain.

"If you insist~." Eve smirked rather deviously as she applied even more electricity, causing the evil witch to experience even worse pain.

*BZZZZZT*

"Easy with the lightning, Eve." Asuka said. "We don't wanna kill her, we just wanna send her back home."

"Speak for yourself." Eve scoffed.

"......... Y-You little brat!" Mother Mae-Eye turned to glare at Asuka. "......... Y-You should be under my control!........"

"She was earlier this morning," Penny explained as she kept her swords lodged into the green-skinned witch's body, "but after analyzing a sample of your magic pie, I was able to produce a serum that nullified the effects of your pie."

"What?!" Mother Mae-Eye's grew wide in shock.

"It's over, witch." Ra cleared her throat. "Return to your dimension at once. Or else."

"............... Hmph. Fine." Mother Mae-Eye, seeing that she didn't have a lot of options given her current state, didn't have to ponder for too long before making her decision as her body slowly began dissolving. "But this isn't the last you've heard of me! I'll be back, you hear me?! And I'll make sure to bake all of you-"

*Poof*

The evil witch soon dissolved into thin air.

"Yay~! We did it~!" Asuka cheered as she looked around and watched her house slowly revert back to normal.

"Nya~. High-five~." Nyasuka smiled as she flew up to the toddler and stuck her tiny paw up.

*Clap*

"We did it, Raghba." Penny smiled as she approached the genie. "Your plan worked perfectly."

"And I couldn't have done it without your and Eve's help." Ra smiled. "Thank you."

"Hehe~." Penny chuckled and smiled softly.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever." Black Marvel scoffed as she looked down at herself, mainly her adult form. "I don't know about you girls, but I could get used to thi-"

*BZZZZZT*

".......... What?" Eve gasped as a thunderbolt struck her from above, reverting her back to her child form. "What's the big idea, genie?! I thought we had a deal!"

"We did." Ra nodded. "If I granted you the power to turn into Black Marvel, you'd help us banish Mother Mae-Eye. But now that she's gone, we don't need Black Marvel anymore."

"I hate you.........." Eve hissed angrily before storming off.

At that same moment in the kitchen, Bisca suddenly gasped as she snapped out of her pie-induced trance, the green-haired mother looking around in confusion as her eyes reverted back to their original purple-color.

"Umm............... Why am I dressed like a doll?..............." Bisca muttered as she reached her hand under her skirt and felt some unusually thick padding. "............... and in a diaper?...................."
